FUJIFILM rabbit anti-rat polymorphonuclear leukocyte (pmn) antiserum
Improved intratumoral rVSV replication and tumor necrosis with antibody-mediated depletion of neutrophils and NK cells in tumor-bearing rats. Buffalo rats harboring multifocal HCC lesions in the liver were intravenously injected with rabbit anti-rat polymorphonuclear leukocyte <t>(PMN)</t> antiserum (Wako Chemicals USA), polyclonal rabbit anti-asialo-GM1 (Wako Chemicals USA), or control rabbit IgG at a dose of 1 mg/200 μl/rat 1 day before viral infusion through the hepatic artery.
